Quiet place, really kind and nice staff and public parking. Great setting on garden taking sun. Plus right by the subway station near the house, Toronto for a very very reasonable price and the metro line.

Loved the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. the room was clean and comfortable, perfect for our romantic escape. the location was great, just a short distance from the city. Best of all, the helpful staff provided us with great tips on where to eat and what to see, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the breakfast they offered was a wonderful touch that made us feel right at home.
That the location was slightly further than we would have liked, but it was still easily accessible by train for a small fee. it didn't detract too much from our wonderful experience at this hotel.

As students on a budget, we've stayed in many different homestays throughout the city, but this one was by far the best. the house, rooms, and bathrooms were all brand new and incredibly clean. the owners, Melanie and Sammy, were the kindest and most caring hosts we've ever encountered. They even changed our bedsheets and cleaned our room during our two-week stay, which was a pleasant surprise. the house was bug-free and they provided us with free food for breakfast and snacks every day. the location of the house was also very convenient, with a grocery store, subway station, bus stop, and Tim Hortons nearby. On our last day, Melanie and Sammy even drove us to the subway station with our heavy suitcases. We highly recommend this homestay to everyone!
Didn't dislike anything about the property. 🌟.

We had a clean and comfortable room during our stay at Village At York U. The kitchen was a nice addition and we appreciated the breakfast items available 24/7. The host, Melanie, was kind and accommodating, providing us with any support we needed during our trip. The location, although a bit out of the way, suited us well as we were visiting York University. we had a decent stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Very clean and quiet place. Bed and pillows were very comfy. the host was amazing and kind, available at any time for any enquiries. the location was great, with good connections to downtown and within walking distance to the university. It was a positive surprise to find breakfast supplies available.
The customer service was not great as it took them too long to respond to my request for an iron. it was a bearable experience but not enough to make me want to return.
